MEET THE TEAM

Ed is a successful land agent and sells large development sites to developers. He has a construction background and is an avid property investor.
Ed is also responsible for raising investment for our projects.
Nick has over 36 years’ experience in property having worked in land buying roles for McCarthy and
Stone, Wimpey Homes, Crest Homes, and at Director level for Wain Homes and Crosby Homes.
Nick has experience of dealing with land for all kinds of development ranging from single plots to
large scale sites for both commercial and residential on green and brownfield sites as well as in the Greenbelt and outside of settlement areas.


Amanda is a chartered town planner and planning consultant with 22 years experience and has worked for both the Councils and in the private sector having worked for the major house builders.
Amanda appraises sites, advises on their development potential, has experience promoting land through Development plans or the LDF process, environmental impact assessments, negotiation with the council and statutory consultees, pre-applications, preparing and submitting planning applications and appealing planning decisions.
Jordan has over 12 years’ experience involving sourcing deals for the likes of Howarth homes PLC and holding various roles over the years from Land buyer all the way up to Senior land roles
Jordan prides himself on having worked with many different landowners across all different use classes and has experience ranging from land within the Greenbelt all the way up to several hundred-unit residential schemes.
With his high energy approach Jordan has been responsible for acquiring sites which has provided several hundred units being delivered across the United Kingdom.
